Welcome to IWasHere.
IWasHere (“us”, “we”, or “our”) operates the IWasHere mobile application (hereinafter referred to as “App”).
Our Privacy Policy governs your use of the IWasHere mobile application and explains how we collect, safeguard, and disclose information that results from your use of our App.
We use your data to provide and improve the App. By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. Unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy, the terms used have the same meanings as in our Terms and Conditions.

2. Accessing the Privacy Policy
Users can access the Privacy Policy within the App under their profile page. Simply navigate to your profile, where you’ll find a sliding up panel. Look for the button labeled “Privacy Policy” to view the details.

SERVICE means the IWasHere mobile application operated by IWasHere.

IWasHere utilizes the collected data for various purposes within the mobile application:

7. Retention of Data
We will retain your Personal Data within the IWasHere mobile application only for as long as necessary for the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy. Your Personal Data will be held and used to the extent required to comply with legal obligations (e.g., retention for applicable laws), resolve disputes, and enforce our legal agreements and policies.
Usage Data will also be retained for internal analysis purposes. Generally, Usage Data is kept for a shorter duration unless it is utilized to enhance security, improve the functionality of our App, or if legal obligations necessitate a longer retention period.
